Waxing is a form of hair removal and the hair is removed with sticky wax that pulled the hair out by the root. Before waxing you need to know that the hair on the surface you want waxed must be at least 1/4 inch- 1/2 inches long for the best outcome. If you have coarse hair it should be closer to 1/2 inches for the first few waxing treatments. Once the hair becomes finer it can be waxed at a shorter length. If your hair is longer it is best to shave it and wait 2-3 weeks before getting a wax appointment set up. It may take up to three waxing treatments to achieve smooth skin because hair grows in stages and all hair is never the same in the stages. you should get waxing treatments every 4-5 weeks. Before the waxing appointment refrain from taking a shower or bath right before the appointment soaking the hair will soften it allowing the hair to brake more easily and making the waxing less effective. Make sure the hair is the appropriate length for the waxing. Also, make sure that the areas to be waxed are clean.
